Meet Your Instructors, Dr. Maltz and Health Coach Darby

Dr. Ashley Maltz — Integrative Medicine Physician Dr. Maltz blends modern medicine with holistic healing to address the root causes of symptoms. With training in Internal Medicine, Integrative Medicine, and Medical Acupuncture, she specializes in chronic disease, mind-body medicine, and sustainable wellness. Darby Carter — Integrative Health Coach Darby, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and EFT Practitioner, turned her own Lupus and Hashimoto’s healing journey into a passion for guiding others. She helps clients make gentle yet powerful shifts toward balance and vitality.
